Skype version 8 is the worst ever
#1
Since its inception Microsoft, has always been steering towards the total control of its products, which leaves the end user with absolutely no other choice but to either continue being controlled or completely drop the MS product once and for all, the whole Microsoft's ethos is about fleecing its most loyal customers and controlling what they can or can't do with their own computers and devices.
From Windows 3.1 to Win10, the users have been on a constant bumpy ride with Microsoft's ruthlessness, to prove the point, Microsoft kept trying to monopolise everything that's on the market, the individuals in the driving seat are without scruple, ethics or moral values, it kept on growing with arrogance.
On the 10th of May Microsoft bought Skype for $8.5 Microsoft didn't go to this length just to have the business monopoly oh no, it wants to control every piece of information that freely circulates on the WWW.
On the 4th of June 2018 announced it has reached an agreement to acquire GitHub, the world’s leading software development platform where more than 28 million developers learn, and it acquires it for 1 billion less than it did Skype Microsoft has acquired GitHub for $7.5 billion.
Now it is time for people to seriously start looking at Microsoft's real intentions, we already knew from day one what it was trying to achieve, this has come as no surprise to some of us who have been closely following the sneaky nature of MS.

Skype version 8 is one of the most hideous versions ever, people are complaining about its lack of features, its bad design and so on... Microsoft as always arrogantly ignoring their rightly raised concerns about this latest version of Skype, the requests have been met with a wall of silence. Many are looking for alternatives to Skype and so they should.

Microsoft is an entity like the IMF or the World bank, it's in the hands of the few who would want to dictate what a user should or should not do, people are seriously seeking alternatives they have had enough of MS' crap.
